Celebrities looking to purchase a private compound may be excited to hear singer Sheryl Crow has added her Hollywood Hills property to the list of homes for sale in Los Angeles County. While public records show she purchased the 11-acre property bit by bit, totaling around $5.1 million, the compound as a whole has appeared on the market with a notably higher asking price of $15.95 million.
There are multiple homes on the land including a two-story main house that was constructed in 1914. It offers multiple upgraded amenities including a wine cellar, music room and library, while the basics include four bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms. A second Craftsman house offers three bedrooms and three bathrooms, while a smaller, older cottage has two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The Spanish-style compound also has an infinity swimming pool, an outdoor barbecue space complete with a fireplace and an oversized deck for soaking up the Southern California sun. While it has not yet been reported if she will be purchasing another home in the area once this one sells, she also owns multiple beachside residences including one in Florida.
