While the number of celebrity homes for sale in Los Angeles County continues to grow, actor Leonardo DiCaprio has put his Malibu home on the market for rent.
The actor purchased the home back in 2002 for $6 million but is offering potential renters options when it comes to signing a lease. If rented for more than six months, the price for the estate is $75,000 per month, while shorter-term tenants will have to pay $150,000 each month.
DiCaprio is best known for his roles in films including Titanic, Inception, J. Edgar and the upcoming remake of The Great Gatsby. He is also reportedly filming in New Orleans for Quentin Tarantino’s newest film Django Unchained.
The waterfront property sits on just under a half acre of land and has three separate structures including a main house, a guest house and loft. Together the two living spaces have a combined six bedrooms while the loft includes a media room, an office and a gym with a total of 2,633 square feet of living space.
