Former Warner Bros, Yahoo CEO Terry Semel moving out of Malibu mansion

Celebrity real estate blog The Real Estalker reports that former chairman and CEO of Warner Bros Terry Semel has listed his waterfront home in Malibu for sale.

While it has not been reported how much he and his wife paid for the estate, it joins the list of high-end homes for sale in Los Angeles County with a $50 million price tag.

While Semel acquired much of his wealth from the production company, he is also the former CEO of Yahoo, which continues to help fund his celebrity-style living.

According to the blog, the home sits on just under an acre of land and was built in the early 1900s, but has undergone a number of renovations including the addition of three separate structures. The two-story main house and additional homes offer a total of 10,317 square feet of living space including nine bedrooms and 13 bathrooms.

Some notable features of the home include multiple fireplaces, high ceilings, wooden floors throughout and French doors that show off the ocean view. While the home is just steps from the water, it still offers a swimming pool, pool house and a spa.
